How long does it take to receive my order?
Once your order is received and processed (typically processing times are within 48 hours of the receipt of your order), standard shipping time frames are as follows:

Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via standard ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 5-7 business days after we have received and processed your order. Business days are Monday-Friday excluding federal holidays within the United States. Please note that items shipped outside the United States will take longer due to varying customs regulations.

Please note: there may also be periods of time during which it may take us longer to process orders due to higher than normal volume, including but not limited to various sales, promotions, holidays, etc.

Do I have to create an account to make a purchase?
You are not required to create an account to make a purchase. However, we encourage you to create an account so that you can be of the first to hear about special promotions, discounts, sales, and rewards programs!

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we do offer gift cards!

To locate gift cards on our website, access the main menu where you will locate a category titled “Gift Cards”. Phoebe Jane Gift Cards are in USD currency with purchasing options of $25.00, $50.00, and $100.00.

Gift Cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem at checkout. Our gift cards have no hidden or additional processing fees and do not expire.

How do I redeem my gift card?
The recipient of a Phoebe Jane Gift Card will receive an email with instructions on how to utilize the card for payment at checkout. Please refer to your email for specific instructions.

Please note: Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash. Any unused amount on a Phoebe Jane Gift Card will remain for use on a future purchase. Any items returned that were originally purchased on a Phoebe Jane Gift Card will be given a merchandise credit (if the return meets our return policy).

How do I return or exchange an item?
Please refer to our return policy. If your return or exchange meets our policy, please contact us at contactphoebejane@gmail.com to start the return or exchange process.

Returns or exchanges must contain original packaging, original tags must be attached to the merchandise, the items cannot be worn, cannot contain odors, and cannot be stained. In some cases there will be a 10% restocking fee applied.

Yes, we do! You can find our sizing chart here!

How do I take my personal measurements to determine my clothing size?
Measure your body using the following guide:

Chest: Stand straight, wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your chest area. Allow a little room for movement, maximum of one inch. If you are purchasing a jacket, use this measurement and add a few inches depending upon how loose you want the jacket to fit you.

Waist: Place the tape measure around the narrowest part of your waist, usually around your belly button or a little above it.

First Hip/Low Waist: Find the point between your hip and your waist and place the tape measure around it.

Hips/Second Hip: Following the guide for chest measurement, make sure the tape measure is wrapped around the widest area of your hip.

Height: Measure from your head to toe without any footwear on. You can use a door frame as a measuring point, stand up straight against it and make sure to properly mark the highest point of your head.

*If you are between sizes, it is best to order the next size larger.
